would this be ok for a pwo shake? if i made the shake with 2 scoops whey, 2 cups the carb counting milk, and a banana???? i'm putting the banana in temporarily cause i'm on clen for the potassium and for the sugar until i get a bag of dextrose and some potassium supplements!
