    Stuck on same weight for a week??

    Ok ive lost 130 kgs and now im 78 .. the whole way all i ate everyday was 4 egg whites for breakfast and id have tuna in water with some onions after i run/cycle and im still on that crap diet . i lost 4 - 5 kgs every week but for some reason this week ive been stuck on 79 and just today i went down to 78 after 1 week.. could someone help me out? o and do u guys think primo + sustanon will burn the rest of the fat? if i do light weights but a ****load of times?? thanks u guys.. hope to get a reply..
    and i posted this on AR section someone mentioned 2000 calorie then 2400 tricking it but i only intake like 130 cals a day tops tuna in water and some egg whites.. help guys

    Sounds like you arent eating enough. You cant starve yourself or your body will go into defense mode. Read the cutting sticky. And by the way what is 78kg in pounds?

    Take clen to cut more...check out the handbook

    one more thing...if you are losing more than 1 or 2 pounds a week you are most likely losing muscle...If you want to be a skinny b*tch then thats ok.

    If you're not eating enough, then you essentially kill your metabolism and your fat loss will come to a screeching hault. This is why cheat days/meals are so vital. Are you taking your cheat days/meals? Also it is normal for your fat loss to slow down as you lose weight. As I'm sure you noticed, your body doesn't always like parting with fat, and the less fat you have, the harder it will be to get rid of it.

    what should i do ?

    I dont really get hungry and such and its not costly tuna costs me like what 3 bux a week? lol 5 pack .. so whats a better diet? whats that sticky thing u guys keep refering to..? and how much weight would i loose with that diet.. my work out is as follows...

    30 mins treadmill
    30 mins bike
    30 mins stomache ..

    and u guys didnt reply would primo + sustanon loose the rest of the phat?

    protien= chicken breasts, steak, egg whites. carbs= brown rice, wheat bread. fats= egg yolks, flax oil, peanuts. Eat pro/fat, pro/carbs, NEVER carb/fat. Go for around 2G's a day and do cardio and work out, youll burn around 4G's a day. 2000<4000= fat loss. Its a very bad idea to only eat 140 cals a day.

    and did you read what Rocky said and answer his question ?

    You weight 79 Kg = 173 lbs and you eating 140 cals a day! Was this a typo ?
    Do you feel light headed and walk around like a zombie ??

    You should be eating somehwere between 1800 - 2000 cals a day

    yeah actually i do get tired and feel weird all day but wont eating fats make me gain weight?

    You have much to learn young grasshopper. Do some searches bro. Do a lot of reading. Inform yourself before you continue any longer on your diet. Do you lift weights or was that workout your posted the only thing you do? AAS is a bad idea, definately hold off until you can get your diet in check.

    Things for you to search:

    EFA's
    Cutting Diet Sticky
    BMR....you have to figure out your caloric needs bro because what you are eating isn't gonna cut it. Fats will not make you fat, fats and carbs combined, however, will.

    You need to be eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hours in the form of pro/carb or pro/fat meals. At least 6 meals a day. Don't be afraid to ask questions, but do ALOT of research.

    For your body to lose fat, you must take in fat...but, it should be good fats, i.e. flax or olive oil, fish oil, etc. You're killing your brain w/ this low calorie intake ...my .02...good luck
