130 kcals a day!!!!!!!!! HOLY $HIT stop starving yourself. Read the cutting sticky. What you are doing is very unhealthy and you probably lost all your muscle.

If your calorie intake was that low, your body would kind of "quit working" wouldn't it

Yeah, it would quit working, as in you'd be dead. You'd have a heart attack or a stroke or kidney failure, or any host of issues.

maybe they have sent one on their own to come spy on us, and give him advice so he can bring it back to his abc buddies. Kind of like ants scattering around for food to bring back to the queen ant, except in this case i believe the ants are bigger.

    actually... he would not die...

i doubt that he was 130 cals... but very restrictive diet none the less..

that's too much weight loss to self inflict... prisioner of war survivors lived on rice and fish soup... less than 1000 cals per day.. for years..

it is possible.. but the damage to the body's organs, and his brain function would be very bad...

    hypothically.. if it were possible..

and since he has no muscle tone... you can't "Cut" muscle that's not there..

    so eat up............

    Works for what purpose?

To have you rival only an Ethiopian 6 year old on the National Geographic Channel??

Really, pull off the b.s. suit for a minute and come correct. True colors will shine through soon enough, so be real while you have the chance, or be a memory like all the others.

I didn't read where he said he was that..

he says he is on a restrictive diet.. ... and his body is in starvation mode right now.. but still is burning the stores of fat..

    rule of 3s

you can go 3 minutes without air
you can go 3 days without water
you can go 3 months without food.

before you die.. rule of thumb.........

Im pokin around there right now. I said earlier that you cant cut and bulk at the same time. This other dude piped up sayin he has done it before, its just very hard. Why would you even try when alternating is so much easier?

Actually, if your diet is in order, you can eliminate "cutting" and "bulking". You can gain muscle steadily while minimizing fat gain, thus eliminating the need to cut.

You lost 117lbs in a couple of months? That is an average of 14 to 15 lbs per week. That is an average of 2 to 3 pounds per day. I suspect you are setting your self up for serious health problems or you are full of S***. I am going with the later.
