    dextrose

    i was just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere in the uk that sells dextrose online

    supermarkets dont, and nowhere local does, nearest place is say 30mins away, and the only problem is, they seem to only have like 4 packs of it when i go lol

    just thought id ask, and i know a large number of you are from the states, so i appologise for wasting ur time

    Do you have any home-brewing places around? Dextrose is used in making beer so these types of stores sell it.

    hey bad_man, not that i know of really ****ing annoying

    and i cant think of an alternative to dextrose for post workout, obviously i still train but not having the dextrose pisses me off

    you can use gatorade/kool aid powder or honey.. i would however google "hometown" Brewery chances are they have it and its dirt cheap..

    Doesn't KoolAid powder contain no sweetner? You're suppose to add sugar, or can you buy it both ways?

    Is sugar not a substitute if you're in a bind? I know it's not dextrose, but would it not work as well?
