    Well its all over for 3 weeks!!!

    Im leaving for Italy this wednesday but ive stopped dieting and training for the last 3 days. Today was my last workout until i get back. I have some mixed emotions. Part of me is relieved that im taking 3 weeks off of training, dieting, and work!!!! The other half is worried about what my body will look like when i get back from vacation . Newayz just wanted to share this with my bros. Ill miss AR for the 3 weeks but ill try to get my hands on a computer over there and see whats happening. I was gonna wait for tuesday night to post this but im bored so i did it now .

    Yeah right............

    Dunno what the reason for not training is, but it does give the body a break and injuries a chance to heal. If u did want to train a bit w/out a gym, you could always do isometrics for legs, pushups, triceps off the end of a table, curl anything for arms, sit-ups, etc. At least a bit to make use of all the food you most likely will be eating. You don't have to do cardio, no, but if you do some simple, yet effective exercises, it could be kind of like a mini-unintentional bulk........just something to think about. Have fun!

    im pretty sure my grandmother has like an 1982 bug or something....lol.. Ill just lift that for a while. It cant weigh more then 400lbs.

    Dude when I went to Cancun my hotel had a gym lol..... I was in there everyday atleast once when I wasn't chillin on the beach or at a club. I even did some cardio a few of the mornings I was there. But I still got fat on that trip.... and it was only 7 days lol.... **** Mexican food!! It's just soo good
