    how good is pasta as a carb source for bulking?

    I usually stick to rice and sweet potatoes, but I was just wondering how pasta is as a food for bulking up. Seems like everytime I eat a bunch the next day in the gym I'm strong as ****. Thanks for the help!!

    IMO i dont think pasta is good. but you are bulking so if your gonna use it in PPWO then go with a whole wheat pasta and your good to go

    I used it as bulking fuel, I work in an Italian restaurant so its plentiful and free. Cant argue w/ the price.

    if i ain't wrong..pasta has gluten ..like bread does..and it causes some bloating..

    gluten free

    i'm not sure where it was, but i saw gluten free whole wheat pasta one time!
    maybe something to look into if you really want that switch up? try a google search...

    i'll stick with my brown rice and oatmeal!
