when trying to reduce body-fat a suggestion you often here is "Avoid fried foods"
but you also told to raise your 'good fat levels' eg omega 3 and 6 EFA's that are found in flax/olive oil
so is it ok to fry your chicken , rice or eggs in this type of oil? or does something happen to it when it is heated that i dont know about?
serious question...
