calories the same on "off" days?
i'm in the process of bulking so far so good about 9 pounds in two weeks minimal fat...was wondering if i keep the same amount of calories inb my off days i'm taking in 3500 calories a day i was wondering if i should drop 500 or 600 on days i dont train??

Keep em the same, if not more. Off days are eatin days.

Keep the calories the same on off days. Trade the calories from your PWO carbs for some fat calories.

yea..keep it the same..just trade the carbs with some fats..
