500mg ALA Tabs with Carbs?

Hey there, I am on my first day of Swole's "7 day to Contest Prep" and what I bought were 500mg ALA tabs from Anabolical Nutrition. Now, do I take a whopping 500mg and VS with every carb meal or should I do like 2 a day?

Oh yea, thanks for the Green Tea advice, it's really helping my appitite and the the new QV Winny tabs are nice as well.

Ideally you want to take ala w/the carb meals, but not 500mgs each time.

Hmm, what amount would be the best on YOUR diet plan. I have the 500mg tabs and am going to get all my stuff tonight. Like the rice cakes, VS, raisenettes, etc.
