I need a much better diet. Right now my eating routine is usually something like this.
Breakfast(when I wake up): Either eggs, orange juice and raisins or cereal, fruit, orange juice and oatmeal.
Mid-day/Lunch(About 2-3 hours later): Turkey sandwich with protien drink or a low-fat subway sandwich
Snack(Usually about 1 hr after lunch): Some sort of seeds or nuts and/or fruit
Dinner(Between 5-7 pm): Depends on day today. Usually steak, chicken, pasta, meat, and on some ocassions fish.
Late Snack(Sometime after dinner): Varies.
I am not sure on the current amount of protien, fats, carbs, ect. I am getting, but I know I need to reduce thecarbs and up the protien. Around 125g of protien, about 40% less carbs(not sure the numbers), and slightly less fat but I usually keep fat under control. If anyone can help it would be greatly appriciated.
Sorry if this post seems confusing, I don't really know anything when dealing with diet and stuff.
