quit buying from GNC (shop around and buy online instead) and you can cut that $500 a month in half and still get all the same stuff if you want to

I ran out of ZMA so i figured i would stop by GNC and grab some till i was ready to do my next online order... at GNC its $42.00 for 120 capsuls of Cytodyne (3 caps/day), online you can get 180 caps of ON for $18.00 (2 caps/day)

I have to ask. PLEEEEAAAAASE dude. List out everything you buy in a month that costs you $500.

    For me:
    Whey
    Dextrose
    Vitamins
    Flax oil
ALA (I have a huge bottle that will last until I have grandkids)

Good point. It's not about the value of something, only the "perceived" value.

Cokdies - When you said "I figure you get what you pay for", are you actually saying that you believe the more you pay for a supplement, the better it works?

    Final thoughts....

any product that requires a brick and mortor shop to be sold will cost more bc the retailer has more overhead. his expenses become your expenses. bc online retailers do not have rent, electric, and various other fixed costs, they can make the same profits but sell for less.

Thank you to jerry springer for my inspiration, and have a nice day

Okay- GNC??? Let me guess- you picked up your Hyundai for sticker price too. JK- but for real man! Shop around if you're going to continue on with using your list of supps. I like Vita-world for a "retail" store. They've got to be close to half the price of GNC. Check for one in your area, it'll save you.

You might want to check out this fascinating thread posted by Nickrizz regarding GNC and how much they suck: Dont shop at GNC EVER!!!
