the grape juice will knock you out of ketosis.... but why are you keto'ing anyway? Unless you have an abnormal amout of fat to lose keto'ing seems like a foolish idea..

Why did your trainer suggest the grape juice? Just curious... I just think this would be alot of sugar you could do without.

well if it in fact is 25% then i would suggest keto.. untill you get to like 20-18 then start a normal diet.. well thats depending on if you want to keep your strenght.. cause keto diets tend to decrease strenght and muslce gains..
