Calories
Other than during cardio, how do know how many calories you burn during a intense workout, and the rest of the day?? Thanks.

you cant estimate it.. i would be terribly hard to get it to an exact number without being monitored in a lab..

thats alot of calories, IMO you are probably not burning more than 4200. but you could be. in the harris benedict thing i believe it asks you how active you are during the day, that is where the answer for you question comes in. if you are very active and lift everyday, it should put that into the formula and give you an estimate of how many calories your body needs to stay the same weight.

the thing about the formula is that people think that thier level of activity is higher then it accualy is.. being that if you work out and do cardio doesnt mean your extreamly active.. cause if your laying on a couch in between it does you no good..
