in all your diet need MUCH MUCH more work.. your missing a pwo shake you do no indicate any cardio or when your working out.. and whats the hurry with the juice? Dude with out a proper diet it would be the same thing as taking the vilas rectuly.. it'll do nothing for you.. save it for january or somewhere down the line..

user cp (top left) then go to avatar..

Drugs arent the basis for growth.. im strongly against people using aas for the simple reason of laziness.. a proper diet IS the MOST essential part of training.. you can lift all the weight in the world and look like total ****.. but hey if thats something you want go for it.. i reather look like i can lift 1000 lbs.. then lift 1000 lbs and look like i need to put the donut down..

clean up his diet.. get it down and do it for at lease 6 months with proper training.. then hit a cycle.. if hes ready.. people seem to underestimate the gains a person can get with just a proper diet..

He showed what he'd change. And Elliot threw 6 months out there, as a minimum. Like he said, Diet is most important. With the right diet, he may still (likely at his weight) be making good gains naturally well after 6 months... so why would he touch AAS? Good advice Elly!
