    Fine...
    Meal 2:

2 cans of tuna, full fat mayo, 1 slice of whole wheat bread

lose the bread, no mixing fats and carbs( 2 cans of tuna seems a little too much)

    Meal 3:
    Lean Protein (turkey)

    Add fat here
    Workout (light weights)

    GO HEAVY

    Meal 4:
    PWO
    Egg Whites

this is not a PWO meal.....try 1:2 dex and protien

    Meal 5:
    Chicken or Steak and veggies

make sure its lean as possible, ADD carbs

    Meal 6:
    Pro Shake

    ADD FAT

Quit running if your goal is FAT loss, not weight loss.

Dang, i never thought of it that way. If your goal is FAT loss, diet more correctly. If it is weight loss, run more along with dieting correctly?
