just a suggestions for the mods

why dont u open a "KETO/CKD" section in the "DIET QUESTIONS " section like in bb.com forum i know many mod her dont like the idea of the keto diet but still some members like and are familiar with this diet.

Bump. Good idea. Many people here, including myself, run Keto as well as CKD-type diets. It would be good to dedicate a section just to those interesting in slipping into Ketosis or even researching and viewing other people's experiences/results. Good idea Ketogenic.

I can tell you that won't happen, and we'll be told to keep the keto/diet talk in the diet forum as it is now.

Just as there is the "anabolic /steroid " forum, not one for each type of steroid.

yea but the atkin is a very wide diet u have ckd ,skd,tkd,and pure keto,thats why they made a whole section for it in bb.com

I personally don't endorse keto type approaches, no, because those that I work/train/progress with know that there are far better approaches to FITNESS, both internally, externally, mentally, physically.

That does not, however, have anything to do with another forum not being created. It just won't be created, as this has been talked about roughly 50 times before. If you want a direct "No, now move on" response, then write a p.m. to one of the Admins here so you can hear it directly from "the horse's mouth" so to speak.

Cool deal. I do get what you are saying, yes, but there are requests for all types of forums that people would like to see, but there isn't room for them all of course.
Atkins/keto/etc. talk is perfectly acceptable in this forum, so go for it!
