    Is Cereal Cornflakes (Kellogs) OK?

    hey guys is Is Cereal Cornflakes (Kellogs) ok? as a breakfast before cardio?
    with skimmed milk or fat free? which is better?

    Ok how about 3 eggwhites and 1 egg + yolk ? And is it ok to drink juice?
    I wanna be light in the morning just dont know what to go for i usually have 7 egg whites and after 30 mins i do cardio but eggs are goin up my brain hehe wanted to change..

    I never drink skim or two percent milk because the milk fat helps keep the blood sugar from raising rapidly. Milkfat helps keep milk lower on the glycemic index. Take the fat away it goes up.

    Low carb milk, 90% higher in protein and only 3 net carbs. and tastes yummy.

    Elliot im taking Thermo red pills before i do cardio theyre filled with caffene do ya think it'll effect if i take with milk or would it give me a good effect if there was an effect

    Do research and youll love it even more. Skerreously, cardio on empty stomach. Any food in your belly, your body will use that for energy instead of the fat, thus, defeating the purpose for cardio. Also, like some one else said, eat a pro/fat meal, such as eggs and tuna after cardio. The no carbs will keep your body in liposis, fatburning mode, untill a carb is introduced. When youre cutting you cant eat hardly anything good that you would normally when bulking, its part of the bodybuilder code.

    haha. if you have ever scene the DVD outtakes of pumping iron it shows arny and boys going to a restaurant. they all get 3 hamburgers with no rolls and 6 eggs. . .its awesome!!!

    I hate that everyone is doing atkins, its $hit. Theyre makin the beef prices go way up for those of us who would eat tons of steak normaly and not on the diet of the month club.

    yea but not all ppl are pros and have all the time to follow fancy pro diets,thats why they follow ckd/keto because its very easy it just need dedication no one can have a diet meal in mcdonald unless he is on a keto he can throw the bun and the fries and eat the burger plus ckd is a muscle sparing diet and ppl dont have to do empty stomach cardio (exept after carbup) ,i think its the best diet for the busy ppl ,i know this diet have some inconvience like muscles will look flat and depleted during the week and little bit loss of strenght but it still a succefull diet.

    I was in to Atkins hardcore, but now I just do the PWO and PPWO carb, its not real difficult to do.
