is what img oing to be eating sufficient for gians?
Alright bro's and fellow female members Im not a big veggie eater - never have been. Im going to be going on a cycle soon and im getting a little worried that what i want to eat isn't going to give me "Optimal" gains.
My main foods are going to be Chicken - beef - rice - potatos. I'm a very picky eater but these foods i do like and no matter how "boring" the diet is..... i can stick to it without a problem. Along with those foods - i'll be takin in whey protein shakes. The suppliments and everything i have covered..... I just want to make sure what im eating is ok....
Any opinions? Is there something that you feel i should be eating? While on cycle im going to try to throw in veggies and other foods - i guess it's a matter of getting my taste buds used to them.

Alright - i checked out the bulking thread... thanks for the help guys.....
I think im planning on about 6-8 meals a day - mainly eating steak, chicken, turkey, oatmeal, wheatbread, wheat pasta, rice, a tad of peanut butter, and flax seed oild at night. Also, between 3-4 protein shakes a day.
As far as the rice goes..... is white rice ok or is brown rice necessary?

ok how does this sound?
6am - 8 egg whites - bowl of oatmeal
9am - protein shake with something else (not sure yet)
12pm - steak or chicken withr ice
3pm - carb drink with light protein
*workout at 4pm till about 5 ish*
5:30 protein shake with something else (not sure yet what im going to choose)
8:00 - steak/chicken with whole wheat pasta or rice
11:00 - protein shake and flax seed oil
This is just a quick draft.... how far off am i? Any suggestions?

thanks for the help DCB..... now where you said to take the EFA's - can i just use flax seed oil for all 3 times of the day or should i switch it up....?
I figured i'd have flax seed twice and i'll cook the pasta with olive oil.....

you can take it all three times if you want. pasta with olive oil fine.
