Cheat Days??
Ok im a bit confused read the cutting diet it says we should have cheat days ok so how long between each day? every week get 1 day? and in the sticky diet it says something about 6000 cals ... would this be ok as a cheat day?
Breakfast Peanut butter & jelly sandwich + milk
lunch fast food meal 600 cals like a big mac or a chicken fillet maybe 2 slices of pizza?
dinner another fast food meal or chinese ? rice with some chicken and stuff?
god my mouth is drippin when i typed that hehe

i do half a cheat day 3 clean meals in the mornings and 3 junkers in the afternoon and a pro/fat meal before bed..

so u must injest more than 8000 cals :P but how many cheat days a week? or just 1 ?

8000 is a HUGE amount.. i would go for 4000 or so... also jt it would be much wiser to have 3 junkers in the am and 3 clean meals in the pm..

Ya thats true elliot but having dinner with friends is more important to me sometimes but thanks for the advice.

I had the fattest ass cheat day yesterday.
Meal 1: Biscuits and gravy and cinnamon rolls
Meal 2: Chicken Noodles, apple pie, mashed potatoes, peanut butter pie, corn, sweet potato casserole
Meal 3: Double Bacon Cheeseburger, Fries, 1 ice cream sundae and 1 ice cream shake.
I was such a tubby bitch yesterday but I dont think it had much negative impact. The icecream was definetly orgasmic. I normally just do 2-3 cheat meals and the rest just protein meals being that my insulin is spiked and all.

LOL heck yeah!! That tops my last Saturday of IHOP (Fiesta Omlette with 3 pancakes and a side of Hashbrowns, Carls Jr -Double 6 dollar burger large size with a coke and 2 cookies followed by Pizza and a Blizzard from DQ)
I also like doing 1/2 a day during the first part of the day and then bringing it back into perspective as the day progresses. For me anyway, it helps with the cheat day bloat effect on Sunday.
