Okay being that I'm bored and in need of an argument here we go.. I was wondering, wouldn't it be more benificail on consume a high gi carb meal after your shake instead of a low gi carb (yams, brown rice). Being that as LMO said your insulin is in effect for 3 hours after a spike wouldn't it be better to shuttle more glycogen lets say 2-3 hours after your shake. Just a thought..
