    3 shakes

I'm currently drinking three shakes a day, one at 8:30 am, one PWO, and another before bed. My PWO is a whey and my bedtime one is casein. What should my 8:30 am one be? Right now it's whey. Is that OK?

    Yes. Whey is fast-acting...
Good call on the casein before bed though.

Why would you consume only whey post-workout when GLYCOGEN replinishment is the #1 priority?

    Makes no sense, just wondering.

The only problem that it can cause is hunger after your first shake.. But if that doesnt seem like an issue your good to go..

    benefit

what is the benefit of using casein instead of whey if you are going to have a pro/fat meal pre-bedtime? slower digestion of the casein protein so your body will process it slowly for hours??
