my diet sucks....help
Ok guys I know you will tell me my diet sucks but compared to what i used to eat, believe me it is a lot and at time I struggle to get it down. So here is a typical day for me :
10am breakfast - bowl cereal / 2 slice toast / orange juice / cup of tea
11:30 - 12 noon - bowl soup with 4 slices brown bread / milk /
2pm - 3pm - sandwiches or other snacky food
4pm - work out
5:30 - protein shake
6:30 - evening meal (varies, normaly have meats and veg,that sort of stuff)
8pm - May have snack foods or even take away ot least twice a week
I know it isnt the best diet but was hoping you guys cud point me in the right direction bearing in mind im on a limited budget. Should I maybe throw in things like oatmeal biscuits instead of snaking on crisps and stuff?
I have a low % of body fat so im not really worried about getting fat, apart from my pot on my belly.
Your ideas and opinions would be great

Yikes, if you are serious and want to straighten our you diet, you should perhaps look at the "how to bulk" sticky bc you said you arent worried about fat, so you prob need to bulk. Use the guidelines there and come back with a new outline.

Check out the stickies listed above bro, then when you have a decent one put together, the good bro, and homogays, will critique! They won't do it all for you bro, just read the stickies carefully, they are full of the info you need...
For starters... ditch the cereal, and all the bread...
Go from there bro!

Please see the posts atop the diet forum that are "stuck". They are very informative, and can tell you exactly what you should eat and when. Just go slow and read/understand them, and you'll see exactly what I mean. You can then re-introduce your approach, and we can critique it.
We can't critique the above information........I'm afraid that doesn't remotely resemble a diet.

Ok lads, ive sorted my sh*t out. So here it is, my revised diet plan :
Meal 1:
Scrambled eggs (6 eggs) , 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 oatmeal bar
Meal 2:
Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
Meal 3:
Chicken Breast, 1 cup Rice, with cream based sauce
Meal 4:
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
Workout
Meal 5:
2 Scoops Whey Protein
Meal 6:
Chicken Breast, Brown Rice (or noodles or pasta with cream based sauce )
Meal 7:
Lean Protein of my choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of Whey Protein,
I stole a few ideas from another thread but changed some things around to suit my own tastes and as I used to be a chef I have a vast knowledge of sauces to use with my meals.
I also plan on cutting out most of the junk food I eat.
What do you think guys ?

Don't use eat whey protein b4 bed bro...
I would suggest a casein protein, like Protein PM, so it releases slowly throughout the night...
