My diet to lose my fat! That I gaines some how??? :)
5'9 @ 190 @ 25 yrs old.. For the past year did nothing ( personal reasons )
got back into it about a week ago.. Doing cardio atleast every other day, ( 5x a week ) riding my bike for about an hour and half up to two hours..
Here is my daily diet...
Meal-1) 10 egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal (no milk)
water
Meal-2) 1 can tuna
salad with fat-free,low-sugar dressing
1 med. baked potato
water
Meal-3) 8oz. skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup Success brown rice
1 cup of veggies
water
Meal-4) 1 can tuna
salad (same as above)
water
Meal-5) 8oz.skinless chicken breast
water
Meal-6) Whey protein drink with 2 tbsp.olive oil

ugh.... look at the cutting sticky in this forum, it will help you tons. 1.5 or 2 hours of biking is way too much, your heart rate is probably way too high, and id be willing to bet you dont do it in the AM on an empty stomach... SO, youre burning muscle or burning food that can be used to build it.

i think there may be too many carbs on a daily basis for a cutting diet. You should only really be having that many during PWO and PPWO in myopinion.

I am cutting... I am doing my cardio at night.. THE ONLY TIME I CAN.. I do it from about 6pm-8pm.. Right now this is all I am doing till another 2 or 3 weeks when I rejoin my gym..

Are you just that lazy or what? Go to sleep an hour earlier and wake up an hour earlier.
Also, READ THE CUTTING STICKY in this forum, it will help you LOSE FAT while maintaining muscle!

Should I take the rice out? Or just leave ALL the carbs out?? It would be easier for me to keep the patato if I can.

45-60 minutes on an empty stomach at 65%-75% of your maximum heart rate
