My Cutting Diet (based on info in this forum!)
..any feedback? i'm 6 feet tall, 183 pounds, and extremely flabby in my gut.
<< CARDIO 45 mins, low-intensity >>
MEAL 1
8 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 tbsp flax
1 multivitamin
MEAL 2
5 chicken tenderloins w/ frank's red hot sauce
1 tbsp flax
1/2 cup brocolli
MEAL 3
1 can tuna w/ frank's red hot sauce
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
<< WORKOUT >>
MEAL 4 - PWO
2 scoops gatorade powder in water (40 grm carb)
2 chicken tenderloins (20 gm protein)
5 grams creatine
MEAL 5 - PPWO
5 chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup brown rice or 1/2 sweet potato
MEAL 6
1/2 piece salmon fillet
1 tbsp almond butter
TOTAL: 1700 calories, 205 grams protein, 61 grams fat

only bad thing is that in you pwo you need whey not chicken.. other wise your fine.. maybe up your calls to 1800-1900.

FYI - Be weary of the fat content in some chicken tenderloins. Sometimes it's deceiving b/c they add alot of rib meat.

just curious -- why do i specifically need whey protein over the chicken protein? is it a fast versus slow issue?
