Add a Pro/Fat or Pro/Carb?... bulking
Just trying to figure out my bulking diet... I'm going to be on cycle for this.
heres what the order looks like right now.
I'm trying to figure out if I have room, should I add another pro/carb or pro/fat meal? Also, should I switch meals 2 and 3 or is it fine like this pre-workout?
#1 - pro/carb.... 5 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop whey
#2 - pro/fat.... burgers w/out buns or steak or chicken/peanuts
#3 - pro/carb... lean meat and wheat bread or potato or rice
WORKOUT
#4 - PWO shake with 72g protein, 72g dextrose, 72g maltodextrin
#5 - PPWO lean meat and wheat bread or rice or potato
#6 - pro/fat lean meat and peanuts or steak or burgers
#7 - pro/fat 2 cans tuna and 1 tbsb flax
Middle of the night when I piss - 1 scoop whey, 8 oz milk, 1 tbsb flax
Im shooting for 50-60g protein in every meal except PWO and around 50g carbs in pro/carb meals, and 20g fat in pro/fat meals.

Can too much protein hurt you, as in storing the protein as fat or anything? I ask because 2 cans is perfect amount for me to eat and get full on until the next 2 hrs is up. JW
ps, i eat the 2 cans with 1tbs full fat mayo and 2 tbs natty PB.

nah its cool.
Thanks for the replies guys... still deciding how much protein/dex/malto to put in my PWO shake... I think i might have to keep that burger meal the way it is cuz I cant afford steak twice a day, once is going to be pushing it. I dont put on fat easily though, im also thinking about doing cardio 3 days a week, empty stomach, for about 30-45 mins.
Im taking the milk cuz of the casein in it itll digest slower than pure whey. Ill be bloated and looking a little "soft" anyway from the DBol but I dont think 8 oz milk/day is gonna make that much of a difference.

Since milk is fairly low in the GI index and so is maltodextrin that some people put in their PWO shake, wouldnt the effect be the same. In other words is putting whey and dex in milk the same as putting whey, dex, and malto in water?

Dex is High GI... you want high GI for your pwo, so milk isnt good for that

i on the other hand disagree.. if the low fat mayo has under 2 grams of carbs i reather use that and use a much better source of fat.. i think doby mentioned it as well.

whether it is a good thing to do or not, is using dex in milk the same as using dex and malto with a PWO shake? just trying to better my understanding of it all...
