need help with a diet please.
im starting a diet and im already on clen my eating on a normal day is the same every day,i find it hard to find a quick snack when im hungry without eating a biscuit thats why i need help to diet im stopping the crap eating.
my food would be a
shake 30g morning
and a bowl of cereal
10.00am 2 tuna sandwiches with white bread and salad cream
2 biscuit and a packet of crisps
1.00pm 4 tuna sandwiches biscuit and packet of crisps
5.00pm chicken potatoes gravy etc
workout
shake
8.00pm tea and toast with jam
10.00 shake a bowl of cereal
i know its not good the biscuits and crisps ,
i read the sticky on the cutting diet but i would no what to get and what way every thing comes in like the oatmeal etc and the rice do you not have to boil it in water etc?
flax oil would you get it in a supermarket?
my other problem is getting energy cause i eat when i get tired in work and it gives me energy.
can anyone help?

you need to read the sticky again and come back with a new diet.the whole of this diet is s**t!

Tea and toast is not a meal!....you read the cutting sticky???are you sure you read it right, I suggest you study it some more and revise your diet, then post it agian when you believe you understand it properly.......and whats with people including cereal in thier diet

that wasnt my diet thats why i wanted help thats what im currently eating,i will read more but can you tell me what way oatmeal and rice etc comes do you have to prepare it first?thanks

yes you have to prepare it...measure one half cup of rice uncooked then boil it, same with the oats. Use old fasion oats, Dont get the pre-packaged instant kind of oats--thats loaded with sugar
