Top Ramen Bad Source Of Carbs?

Ramen noodles, might be humorous to some of you - but what do you think?

Source of carbs... bad or good?

    Just a cheap idea.

Sodium wasn't listed on the web site I checked out so i checked with the USDA HealtheTech Search and for sodium it shows (for 42g serving) 487mg sodium.

Dude, dont throw them all away, just throw away the noodles and use the flavor packet on a cup of rice! Better than a bullion cube i think.

They used to make them baked for low fat but they sold horribly and were taken off the market 8 or so years ago.

ps - its expensive compared to regular pasta but by some whole wheat pasta. Tastes just as good and tons of fiber and other nutrients.
