    when to take ALA when doing keto diet

    i was wondering when i should take ALA and r ALA when trying to get into a keto state? (im doing bodyopus) sunday night or monday i just dont know ,and also how many pills also . i am 230lbs if that helps. ive never tryed the supplements so if someone could help me out that would be great
