    Talking Critique this bad boy!

    Hey bros im starting m1t monday:
    Stats:
    12-14% bf
    180lbs
    5'11 (1/2)

    The vitamins i will be taking:
    Multivitamin
    B-12 (1000mcg)
    Biotin(how much and when)
    R-ala(how much and when?)
    B Complex (how much?)
    B-5(How much?)
    Vitamin A (how much?)
    L-arginine

    My stack:
    m1t
    4-ad
    Trac Creatine

    My PCT:
    Creatine
    Nolvadex
    Clomid

    Would it be okay to run creatine throughout the cycle and pct? or would it be better as PCT (to maximize my gains of course). Also how much creatine should i take in a day? 5 or 10 grams? Thanks broS!

    I based this off of LMO's sample diet and changed a few things around (thanks to lmo again) here is bros make sure to rape it.

    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Chicken Breast(3 oz) - 120 calories/ 0 carbs/ 24 g of protein/ 2g fat
    2 tablespoons of peanut butter - 190 calories/7g of carbs/ 8g protein/ 16g of fat
    Broccoli (1/2 cup) - 25 cals/3g protein/ 5 carbs

    |335 calories/ 12 carbs/ 35g of protein/ 18g fat|


    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast(3 oz) - 120 calories/ 0 carbs/ 24 g of protein/ 2 fat
    Pasta (4oz) - 120 calories/ 32 carbs/ 5.5 protein/ 1 fat

    |240 calories/ 32 carbs/ 30g protein / 3g fat|



    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 cans of tuna- 230 cals/46g protein/0 carbs/4g fat
    1 tbsp Mayo- 100 cals/11g fat

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    White rice (1cup) 250 cals/6g protein/58 carbs/0 fat

    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    2 Scoops whey protein - 222 cal/42g protein/ 52 carbs
    2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter -190 cals/8g protein/7 carbs/16g fat

    |412 calories/50g protein / 59 carbs / 18g fat|



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein - 333 calories/ 66g protein/26 carbs
    1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    Grand Total: 2536 Calories, 349g of protein, 271 Carbs, 82g's of fat.

    1) Egg whites have 3g of protein each. Recheck your stats for meal 1.

    2) try 80g of dextrose PWO. The ratio should be 2:1 dextrose : protein.

    2) You're only 18. Rethink your decision to take M1t (I know you won't listen to me, but I feel compelled to say so anyway)

    clomid for M1t ahhhhhhh i duno is it necessary? not im my opinion... just run the nolva and creatine post cycle ... and yes you can run the creatine during it.. if you are worried though go ahead and do clomid...

    Clomid gets your balls back in normal working order. So if you can live w/ out em...meh. JK, world, that diet looks alot like BduBbz's diet for M1T.

    Your pre workout meal should be pro-carb

    and jew might want to change that mayo (ewww) as a fat source to peanuts, theyre a good source of EFA's

    and as far as teh diet bro. . i don thtink you meal need a pro/ carb meal in meal number 3, just add those carbs to PPWO,you also might want to rethink the pasta PPWO, there are better choices. and for you calorie intake. . it might be enough, it might not me, no body here can really tell you that, its all about macro time and placement and you seem to have that in order

    White rice is fine bro.....and the sweet potato is actually pretty good. If you cook it or just pop it in the microwave and then spray some I can't believe it's not butter on it and sprinkle a little splenda on top of that it is pretty good

    You definetly need more calories man
    I'm 19, natural and like 173 pounds and bulking and im taking in like 3200 plus my PWO shake which is like 2 scoops of protein and a bunch of carbs so probaly 500 calories. Just up the oatmeal servings man. And 1 cup of dry oatmeal in my town is like 60 carbs and like 300 something calories.

    how is it possible your post workout shake is only 222calories??? thats gotta be wrong.
    44protein x 4cal per gram=176cal
    88dex x 4cal per gram=352cal
    total=528calories

    ....might want to recalculate your shake bro, 222cal is definately wrong by a stretch

    82g x 9=738cal fat cal total
    271 x 4=1084 carb cal total
    349 x 4=1396 prot cal total
    total=3218 total calories...i think your math is way off in a lot of things in that post, might want to check for accuracy, as it seems your eating more cals than you think you are!
