i think he put that here bro because swole likes to hang round the diet forum more i believe, and HE was the one that created the 7day contest prep, so it'd probably be more appropriate here if he wants a quick reply! :wg:
why would u want NO2 in the first place man? it does not make you stronger only give you better pumps by drawing water into your muscle. . and if your doing 7 day prep then you want all that water sucked out of you

well, not out of the muscle... and exactly for better posing pumps... not sure if it will actually bloat me or just the muscles...
