    Grocery List

    i'm getting ready to hit my diet hard again, start cutting up for awhile and wanna make a grocery list of what to get.. dont wanna forget anything important. could you guys help me get the stuff i need at the grocery store? You could even post your grocery list for cutting if you want. all of these would help me a great deal..

    Here is generally what I will go with depending on what is left in the fridge. I am cutting currently.

    O.M. Pre Cooked Bacon
    Frozen chicken breast tenderloins
    Precooked Tyson Steak strips
    Jumbo Eggs
    Fat free and regular fat cheese
    Low carb milk (for night time shakes)
    Liquid Egg Whites (for night time shakes)
    Olive Oil
    Low carb tortilla wraps
    Hot sauce
    Tuna Cans
    Canned salmon
    Pork Tenderloins
    Oatmeal (for PPWO)
    Salad mix
    Crystal Light
    Low Carb ketchup and BBQ
    Ranch and Mayo
    Almonds, Peanuts, and Macadamia Nuts
    Almond/Peanut Butter
    Sugar free syrup
    Splenda

    Im on a budget, this is exactly what my grocery list has look like for the past month

    Tuna
    Eggs
    Oatmeal
    Almonds
    diet soda
    natty pb
    Flax seed oil
    Hot sauce
    Sugar free jello

    FLAX

    what is flax seed used for?? ive read the back panel and it said it had only 1 gram of fat

    If it has anything but peanuts in it(like sugar etc), it's not natty bro

    the same thing you put natty PB. . .NOTHIN' you can mix in your shakes and its real good. other then that, not much you can do with it.

    this is what my gocery list looks like for the most part:

    Bonless chicken breasts
    extra lean ground beef
    turkey
    Perdue "short cuts" chicken breast (these are great, you can eat them right out of the bag.......def. recommend)......
    oats
    egg whites/ whole eggs
    low carb, low fat milk
    broccli
    carrots
    sweet potates or yams
    green leafy lettuce
    some type of fat free dressing
    suar free jello
    mixed nuts
    whole wheat wraps
    and if your like me and need some type of cereal......get one high in fiber........i like Kashi GoLean.........
