    Pwo

    For how long max can you wait to have your PWO sheke or meal after the gym?Half an hour? Also, after my training session I'm allowed to have all the simple carbs I want (white bread, white pasta), although I'm cutting, right?

    15 mins after your last rep down your PWO.

    white bread? whites pasta?? i think i just had a stroke!!!

    stick to white/ brow rice, potatoes, yams sweet potatoes ect ect. the bread and pasta, hell i wouldnt eat them while bulking

    i take mine with me to the gym, even if i'm going right home afterwards. It takes me a good 20 minutes or so to drink my PWO though. with all the dex in it, it's so sweet that if i drink it faster, i'll get nauseus and throw it all back up. if i put more water in it, then it's that much more fluid and i feel bloated and nauseus. LOL

    whats the deal w/ pasta bread being no good.... I guess for the most part its not good for everyone but even at my fatest i'm 12% body fat while bulking (meaning i still see abs when flexed. In the bulking stage I eat almost a lb a day! (one box of pasta)
    it is better to get the whole wheat kind though... but then again, I'm always doing lots of physical labor........
    experiment and seee how it works for you.

    as far as pwo, i think it just depends on how much you would have which would be little, not a lb. of course.. lol
