    Hard Liquor

Which liquors are the best to have to not destroy your diet. I am still in college so i like to party. Beer has caused a problem with my diet so i want to eliminate it. My favorite mixed drink is the long island ice tea. Which is like 5 mixed liquored. How bad are these for you?

I don't know how bad for you a long island would be..... but I usually get Vodka & diet coke or rum & diet coke when I go out. Calorie whise neither of those will hurt you, but I am sure you know the ill effects of alcohol.

clear liquors have no carbs. a LI has a splash of coke and orange juice.

A light beer isn't better for you than a hard alcohol?

I would be less concerned with the empty calories and more concerned with the test lowering effects personally.

Ha it seems like alcohol should raise test levels, i mean afterall a lot of people get the superman syndrome when they drink and think they can beat up everyone.

Because alcohol lowers testosterone levels so significantly, the body is struggling to bring them back up by releasing LH, in very large quantities. What's also interesting to note is that LH is just as responsible for arousal as testosterone . Unfortunately though, alcohol reduces testosterone levels at the Leydig cell, not the pituitary, so the LH is ineffective in raising testosterone levels.

If you must drink...I must--I must...Then Vodka is your best bet.
That's what PlayBoy mag said from experts...mostly revolved around hang-overs...but it puts less nasty residue in ya...cheers!
