keep same meal plan after cycle is over???
hey bros i finished my cycle and was eating 5200 calories a day should i keep this up to keep my gains or go back to eating 4 times a day????

If you quit gear and quit supplying the body w/materials to support whatever new muscle you have attained, bye bye new lean mass tissue. I'd eat a lot more than 4 times per day, at any time.
