What do you guys think about Chick-Fil-A Nugets
Let me start by saying I did a search first and didn't find my answer.
I spend a lot of time on campus since it's my senior year of electrical engineering. They have a Chick-fil-A right next to the engineering building. I often get a 12 pack of nuggets for a pro/fat meal along with some flax. Just wondered what you guys thought of the nutrition for this. Below is the nutrition info for the nuggets. 40g of protein and these things taste so good that you feel guilty for eating them! a little Texas Pete and they're irresistable!

well you should already know the answer you are going to get from a lot of bros on here....NO
but i feel you, and sometimes the diet just aint perfect. of course you see the macros just like we do and you know you are mixing fat and carbs, but im here to tell you that the world isnt going to end its a fair amount of protein but i dont know that you need the flax. seems as though you are getting enough fat from the nugs, although its not a preferable fat.
all in all, if you dont care about being "clean" all the time then enjoy

I am not a nutritional expert, and a horrible example of diet, with that said why not try the KFC chiken strips! LOL

If you are happy w/how you look including them in your diet and they don't prohibit you from progressing, then eat up. If such is not the case, may wanna keep drivin' past that joint. That would qualify as a cheat day item for me personally.

I mean, don't get me wrong, there are other fast food choices that you could make that are worse. I'd look for some place that you can get a burger or chicken sandwich and toss the bun. Many places have low carb/no carb meat options.

Eh, too much sodium in one serving for my taste. Id agree that Id probably count this as a cheat day item, but hey, as SwoleCat said, if you find you're still making progress by incorporating it into your diet, eat up....just watch all those carbs when it comes time for cutting

At the same Chick-fil-A, they have Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. Eat the chicken breast and a tablespoon of flax.

Bring cans of tuna w/ you and eat them between classes. They need neither a microwave or a fridge.
