Question about diet

I love the sticky's about diets and plan on trying them out, but i have a few questions.

1. Where can i buy cheap Dextrose and Maltodextrin from ?? GNC and my nutrician depot store i buy my supplements from do not carry it.

2. Can i buy flax seed oil at the grocery store ?? Can i use olive oil in place of flax seed oil ? Do you guys just gulp in down by the spoon full ? Can I just cook my food with it instead of spooning it down ?

u can get dextrose at kentnutriton.com

if they do not have flax seed oil at your grocery store then try a small health food place, they always have it. yes you can use olive oil to replace but i would still use flax oil once a day. DO NOT cook with them as heat kills EFA's
