diet for little bro

I started working out with my little brother,14yrs old, about 4 months ago. Hes 5'6 205 pounds. Hes strong for his age :lift: . has a 275bench 400 dead and haven't had him squat to heavy yet. He wants to start up on a diet and I'm not sure of what all he should eat overall. Should he just eat the same food that I eat or should he have more carbs or... I don't really know. His goal is to get down to about 185. He wants to bring out some definition.

wow 400 dead for his age is very good ,what is his bf %? i dont think a very strict diet is good for him because he still growing.

Hes in the 20% range I would say. I'm getting him to do a powerlifting competition with me on sept 25-26. Its a WABDL one. I think I'll just have him eat the same PWO and PPWO meals as me and get him to eat something good at night. He loves Peanut butter pro shakes so I'll mix him up one of those at night.
