    Question?

I'm looking on buying the Boflex. Just wanted to know if anyone on this board uses one and if it works. I dont have time for the gym anymore because of my schedule. I want to loose weight but dont really want to bulk.

    thanks.

i don't think you'll be able to get the resistence you need... plus it's over priced for what it is. why not get a bench and free weights?

Try the workout forum for a better chance of a response. I dunno how many in the diet forum will have experience w/this.

Not many use a Bowflex that I know of, can't really get into leg work w/those.

I used to have one, like 3 years ago, they suck. Sorry to burst your bubble, they are a waste of money IMO.

That's all I needed to here! I'll have to make time to go back to the gym.

    Thanks to all...
