Revised cutting diet
OK, how's this for my updated cutting diet. I'm 24 years old 6' 218 with a little gut that I'm trying to lose. Lifting 4 days a week and walking 5 days a week for 45 min at 4.2 on the treadmill.
Cardio 5 am
Breakfast 6:15 am
5 hardboiled whole eggs
cup of green tea with splenda and a little milk
Whey protein shake at 8:30 am
Lunch 11:30 am
Sliced chicken sandwich with pepper on wheat bread with fat free cheese and fat free mayo
Snack 1:30
85 g of albacore tuna with salsa
Dinner 3:30 (Pre workout) from Boston Market
1/2 rotisserie chicken (I don't eat the skin) with pepper
creamed spinach
green beans
Post Workout 5:30
IMMEDIATLY AFTER MY LAST SET
Whey protein shake (55g of protein, 7 g of carbs) mixed with 110 g of Dextrose
Evening Meal (Post-Post Workout) 6:15 pm
M-Sat 1 chicken breast with marinade and pepper
1/2 cup of brown rice
Sun Steak with garlic salt, butter ,salt, and pepper with A-1 steak sauce
a baked potato with pepper
Bedtime meal 8:30 pm
Casein protein shake with 2 scoops of reduced fat natural peanut butter
cup of sleepytime tea with valerian in it
I will also be drinking 5 liters of water a day (no soda, iced tea, etc)
Hows it look?

Agreed, lots of room for improvement. Why even cut if you aren't gonna do it balls to the wall? Milk? Boston Market? A-1? Why reduced fat peanut butter, the fat is what you are eating it for.........
