My Diet, add more calories for more weight?
M1 7 egg whites 2 pieces whole wheat bread or 1 cup oats
M2 can tuna handfull peanuts
M3 same as 2, or 8 oz lean cut steak and greens
M4 PWO shake
M5 10oz chicken breast and sweet\normal potato
M6 8oz lean cut steak greens
M7 2 scoops whey 1.5 tbs flax. or 2tbs PB.
Reason i put this up again is it seems like this diet is cutting me :scratch: I dont understand. I am getting bigger because of the dbol, test hasnt kicked in yet, but im getting more cut... should i add more kcals in or what? im trying to bulk here not cut and bulk.
