100 gms of protien
i watched the ronnie coleman vid and saw that he takes in about 100 gms of protien per meal.is he using it for energy?isnt that hard on the kidneys?is he just crapping out most of it?what is he doing!!!!

ronnie can only use 100 b/c his body can use it B/C he is on so much gear. the avg joe schmoe would most likely get chunky from that

I use around 75 per meal for me, sometimes i go as high as 100. I'm on lots of gear though.

There is no doubt that he can metabolize more protein, because he has a tremendous amount of LBM. Can he metabolize 100 g/setting, who knows???

I watched his "Unbeleivable" video. I don't think he eats low carbs. He had grits for breakfast and french fries with his chicken and sweet taters also. He might though, he was also 5 weeks out from the Olympia.
