cutting, bulking, doing cardio? if those are egg beaters then they probably have 6g protein in each white so that is 48 g...maybe mix in some turkey or something or the whey will work too
bulking....so you think 8 egg whites, bowl of oatmeal, and slice of turkey??
dont need the turkey IMO. 48 grams of protein is plenty. thats the exact same breakfast i eat down every morn
