    Cant eat 8 egg whites?

    hey bros for my breakfast it consists of 8 egg whites and 1/2 cup of oatmeal and a scoop of protein, but i can eat the 8 egg whites, its way too much, after the oatmeal i can barely eat 4, and then the shake, What should i do?

    Try some b12 at 500 mcg's. I never seem to get full on the stuff.

    i take b12 for pwo, i take one ml (Dropper) which is 1000mcg and doesnt seem to be helping. maybge im a crackhead and i shoul have gotten pills? !!

    Just eat man.......if you wanna grow, you have to eat.

    Eat the protein first if anything.

    try cooking them w/ fat free spray instead of boiling them, it works for me.

    **** i wish i had that problem. my appetite is so god ****ed huge, when i start i can not stop eating, no matter what. its ok when i'm bulking, but if i eat 1 slice of pizza, i will literally eat 2 large pizzas, or when i have 1 cheeseburger, i dont, i have 5 or 6!!!

    What do you weight 140 ?

    try this:

    Eat your 8 whites first, then mix your protein in with your oatmeal and your done.

    IF it's chocolate you'l get use to the taste (maybe buy a small tube of vanilla)

    dude the idea of 8 egg whites makes my stomach sick, thats a lot of eggs, if it was maybe mixed aroudn itw ould be good. i dont know wtf is up!

    Week 1: 4 egg whites
    Week 2: 5 egg whites
    Week 3: 6 egg whites
    Week 4-6: 7 egg whites
    Week 7-?: 8 egg whites

    lol wow bro when i was 14 i was downing 8-10 egg omlettes with big macs.

    yea do what was said, work your way up to that much, maybe if you really can't muscle that down your not big enough to require that much food?

    also, are they real egg whites, or substitutes, cause that would make the diff between 24 and 48g protein in that amount of food!

    they are 100% real eggwhites in liquid form that i buy from the store ( odnt have to crack them just shake it up haha)

    Nehhhh, thats like a warm up meal lol. I eat 80 eggs whites p/week ;P, peace of cake. I was at a stage where I was eating a 160 egg whites p/week, morning, and night. You probably cant eat them coz you dont like the taste.

    8 whites scrambled up w/some I can't believe it's not butter spray, salt and pepper, and you're good to go man.................

    I eat 2 whole, 10 whites every morning..............big ass plate, and late at night after they hit the intestines and digest, my house smells like dead pig sh*t, but oh well it's part of the game.

    Not at all, about 12 eggwhites in the mornin, and 12 as my protein source for PWO meal at night. But after about 2 days of doing that you almost turn into an egg haha. I dont mind coz i love eggwhites boiled. I could live on it, the only bad thing is the the smell haah
