Refrigerating flax?

Is it good to keep your liquid flax in the fridge or could you keep it on the shelf? What if you kept it in the fridge at home and brought it to work in your bag, would that screw it up going from cold to room temp, cold, to room temp, and so on..

Keep one at home and one at work. I've got mine in the "fridge" here at work.
