    fat free cottage cheese

    i know most dairy products are frowned upon, but i needed to add something else to my meal. would the cottage be ok here for a pro/carb meal?

    lean chicken
    brown rice
    broccoli
    cottage cheese (f free)

    410cals
    44prot
    6sugar
    47protein
    2fat

    ok?

    Why do you have 44 protein, then 47 protein?

    Just stick w/the chicken or add more chicken.

    my bad swole, the first isn't supposed to be 44prot, its 44carbs

    Ah! Well, u can have all chicken, or mostly chicken and a bit of cottage cheese, yeah. If you can eat it and look the same as if you ate all chicken, then you are good to go. I can't re-call if you are bulking/cutting/maintenance, so adjust it's usage for those periods of time.

    alright, thanks for the tip bro! i'll just stick with more chicken i guess. i ran out that meal, thats why i ate some cottage cheese!

    It's not the worst thing in the world, no, just watch how you look when consuming it, and keep notes (mental or whatever) of how you look/progress when you do.
