From what I've gathered in my research you should consume your carbs in two "meals", your PWO and PPWO. Although I see sometimes people eat oats and eggwhites in the morning thus a pro/carb meal.
If you are an endurance athlete like a boxer, wrestler, MMA fighter, etc. would only 2 pro/carb meals a day (PWO, PPWO) cut it?
Wouldn't your energy levels suffer? In this case where should you include another pro/carb meal and why?
