best snack
first post in this forum, but i was wondering what you guys considered to be the best snack. I am talking about something that requires no preperation and will satisfy hunger temporarily. My diet right now is very flexible so any suggestions are welcome. thanks.

when i bulk i have bags and bags of jerky lying around everywhere. thats a good snack if your tryin to keep kcals high. otherwise.... sugar-free jello, etc.
i just drink a glass of crystal light every once in a while, helps out instead of having just water!

hahaha, yea thats a clean bulk. cheesecake fvck if i was gonna eat that i'd just go get a huge a$$ platter of quesidillas, nachos, mozzerella sticks, and boneless buffalo wings and eat it all

lol, for bulk, clean way, you can eat a lot of things w/ creativity, fat free quesidillas, tortilla wraps, (all in whole wheat, whole wheat pasta...) theres tons of stuff!

cashews are a lot of fat, which is not bad, but you must have a protein source with them and eat in moderation. if your really hungry eating a big bag of jerky and a few sugar free jellos does it for me while bulking. cutting i'd have just the jiggly sh*t

Nuts
For me , hands down it's a handful of healthy trail mix (almonds , unsalted-peanuts , yogurt raisins ... all washed down with a ice cold 32 0z water bottle
It's a good combo and not TOO much fat that will keep you full

for bulking ive got a new favorite snack...sugar free pudding, (pistachio) with whey mixed in...awsome snack

i did that also while bulking. got some chocolate sugar free pudding and mixed in some choco ON whey! great sh*t
