Which cut steak?
Which cut steak is best for you (rib eye, porterhouse, flank, etc.)? For cutting? For bulking?

flank is good. top round is best. u can cook both them sh!ts on the foreman in 3 mins and its great

don't cook a steak on a foreman!!!! toss that bad boy on a grill outside and do it up right...get that charcoal flavor going.
