    how much cardio is to much

    hey guys i am busy cutting right now used the sticky an help form you guys.
    my body fat has droped from 22 to 18 in about 3 weeks. need to get cut cos going on holiday. just want to know if doing cardio 7times a week for a hour is to much cos i have one month to get into shape

    well if you are at were at 22% bf IMO you cant get enough cardio. Maybe take a day off but if you dropped 4% in 3 weeks the way you are going why change it? Is your diet in check? Are you lifting as well?

    do more, just give yourself a lil extra recovery time if possible..

    7 times a week is fine. You need to do your cardio in the A.M. on a empty stomach. You need to keep in mind that it takes more than a month to reach high goals you have set for yourself. Don't stop your program when you obtain your goals because maintaing will be be just as hard.
