i been looking over the sticky at top and it says: meal 2, whey and 2 TBS of flax, and that was for a 200lbs male 15% BF.
my guesstion is, if your have a HIGHER percentage of body fat 19-24% would u require more FAT in your diet per day? im talking 80-120 grams. mostly from mayo, egg yolks and oilive oil at night.
another guesstion, i know your suppose to keep protien around the same grams per meal, is it the same with fat?
